I had the initial consulation on the 18th june, had the procedure yesterday, and came home today. Julie Tedder (nurse on consultation) was excellent, she answered all questions, and did not hurry the appointment at all. She also kept in touch after. My surgeon Mr El-Hassani will not win any personality contests, but he is a great surgeon. The facilities and level of care at Dolan Park were second to none. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the nurses and clinical staff excellent. I am ALWAYS sick after a general, but the anti nausea meds they gave meant I didn't vomit at all. I was super tired afterwards, and the nurses took great care of me. My level f pain has been low. I havent taken any additional medcation for pain post op at all. I am a bit uncomfortable, and am bloated, but less than i expected. I'm due for my first fill in August so have no restriction at the moment. I am on liquids for 2 weeks, so am expecting to feel a bit hungry... I don't at the moment though. On he whole I've been impressed, and would recommend :-)

I had my consultation on the 29/5/2014, and paid for my surgical procedure on the day; on the understanding that I could take advantage of the cooling off period,- If you change your mind for whatever reason within 5 days of your consultation, you get an obligated refund.

My surgery was booked for the following Monday as a 'last minute slot' they had left over as someone had cancelled;- the surgeon impressed upon me that he wouldn't be in London again for the next few months.. so feeling comforted with the thought of a refund if I did change my mind within 5 days, I paid the full amount.

As soon as the transaction had processed, I noticed that another girl came out saying that she was feeling lucky, as she had booked the last slot on Monday too.. and a few minutes later another one.. and another... it all started to look a little too coincidental.

As soon as I got home, I emailed my Patient Co-ordinator, Claire, to say that I wasn't happy with being lured out of my money with the promise of 'a cancellation slot' which 'co-incidentally' I seemed to share with several other girls, and that I wished to have my money refunded as per the T & C and '5 day cooling off period'. I waited until the next day, but got no response.

The issue with this 'Cancellation slot' was that I booked on the Thursday, but my Patient co-ordinator failed to inform me that she didn't work weekends and was 'off' on Friday, so there was nobody for me to contact to tell them that I wanted to cancel the procedure,- everyone simply kept saying that they couldn't help and that my Patient co-ordinator should deal with it!

Worse than that, the hospital where I was booked in, called me the day after my consultation to say very abruptly, that I couldn't cancel the operation now without my Patent Co-ordinator's confirmation, and if I didn't go through with the procedure, I would loose the entire amount I'd paid:- £3000!!!

Eventually after a couple of days of continuous emailing and calling, and threatening legal action, I finally got a response saying that my Refund had been 'confirmed'.. I waited a week, but still no money had been refunded.. So I emailed a further 2 times and eventually got an email telling me to call a number for the 'Accounts department' (0121 445 XXXX) [number hidden by Editor] which it turns out is just a random homeowner's phone number!!

It has now been over a month since I paid in my money, I've had no contact from anyone after that short, five worded email, despite me leaving several more,- and the ridiculous part is;- if I want to make a complaint, it must be made through my 'Patient Co-ordinator' .. who won't speak to me! What a joke!

The staff are rude and only seem to be interested in making their quota;- If you ask me, this company is nothing but a complete SCAM!

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone I know.

I recently had breast enlargement with uplift with The hospital Group. My friend recommended them to me and I had surgery with Mr Seno and he has worked miracles! I am so happy with the result and anyone considering surgery should choose this surgeon. At the hospital he was so caring and I had my check up with him today and told him to show my pictures to anyone considering this surgery. I am now looking at having my nose done with Mr Seno, he showed me an image of what it could look like and was amazing!

Very knowledgable on the procedure really knows his stuff and put me at ease answering all my questions thoroughly, never felt rushed , knew from the offset I could trust him. Lisa Cane was my PCC and she's excellent , I sent her so many texts umming and ahhing and never felt like I was being a pain (which I was ha!) Lisa answered everything I wanted to know quickly and efficiently.
Dolan Park is a lovely hospital, all the staff were pleasant with me. I am now 3 months post op and couldn't be happier!! Will definitely return to Marcos when I need more surgery in a good few years time . Over the moon with everything the best thing I have ever done ! xx

I wanted to take some time to write this review because I think it's good to write positive comments when you have a good experience. When deciding I wanted to finally go ahead with rhinoplasty/septoplasty after many years of wanting it done I did kind of rush in and booked with the first consultation I had which was at the hospital group. I paid up got it booked and then I decided to read reviews on the hospital group and dolan park. Now as you can imagine it totally freaked out because there are soooo many bad reviews and then I honestly thought I've made a mistake and why didn't I do this before paying the money! The reviews got to me that much I very nearly backed out and was going to lose half of my money. However after much reassurance from friends and family I decided to just go for it and I'm so happy I did! I can't praise all the staff at dolan park enough they really looked after me and were lovely, I only had my cast off yesterday but I'm so pleased already it's swollen but looks so much better, it's probably not perfect but I don't think there is such a thing as a perfect nose! I hope this helps people on making there decision where to go, I'm sure people have bad experiences wherever you go but I can safely say I had a good one

I am 4 week post gastric band surgery which I had done at Dolan Park Hospital. From my first consultation in London to now, I can not fault anything. I had the surgery and spend 2 nights in hospital. The staff at Dolan Park are lovely and really helpful. The only pain I had was the trapped wind in shoulder. OMG this is agony. 3 days after surgery the nurse phoned and then the dietian, to see how I was. I was on liquid diet for 2 weeks and now on mashed food which I finish tomorrow. I have my first band fill in just over a week. Bit nervous. I weighed before surgery 15st 1lbs and now weigh 13st 8lb. I have dropped to dress size 16 from size 20. Although I did buy a dress yesterday which was size 14. I nearly cried. I feel great and have seemed to gained confidence. Having a Gastric Band is a personal choice for personal reasons, But I would recommend it.

Hi the bad reviews id read scared me. I am already fearful of hospitals and very Squemish.
I have nothing to compare to as I've never been hospitalised however I have no complaints at all, the team of theatre staff were very professional and the nurses were good too. I felt I could have been informed a bit more on procedures and times for surgery etc but other than this no complaints. The hospital itself was clean and welcoming. The scars are not too bad at all and already healing well, my surgeon , Dr Super was pleased with the 'text book' operation but the other surgeon or man in the theatre that took me in, strapped me into the table and was there when I woke was excellent along with the anesthetiogist. I didn't actually see the surgeon in there only later on when I was back in my hospital room recovering. My op was just yesterday but no complaints so far!

This morning I had an 11.15 appointment with Mr. Giuseppe at the Cambridge hospital. An hour and a half later I was still in the waiting room and realised that there were still 2 patients ahead of me and appointments were taking 45 mins. to 1 hour each. I walked out. In all the time I was waiting there had been no apologies, explanations or updates. I called my 'patient care co-ordinator' when I got home, and her attitude indicated to me that this sort of wait is very normal and I should really expect to devote most of the day to it. I disagreed and told her that lateness with no explanation is rude in any circumstances, at which point she became very patronising, finishing with the words 'I'm sure you feel better now you've got this off your chest'. No, frankly, I don't. My wasted morning has put me off the hospital group - frankly it's not a very professional way to run a clinic and doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.

I want to take a few minutes to write a review on my experience.

I called The Hospital Group, I spoke to sales, I explained that I would like my surgery on a certain date. I was told to go to a consultation and then I could have the surgery on the date I had asked for.

I arrived in Brentwood (Amy Childs Salon) for my appointment, I dragged my 1 & 2 year old with me and even got my sister to book the day off work to meet me there to help with the children.

I walked in and spoke with a lady that I thought worked for Amy Child. I then later found out that she was Sally my co-ordinator. She never bothered to introduce herself, which I found rude.

She then told me that I couldn't have surgery on the date I had chosen. I hadn't even meet the surgeon at this point. So now I'm disappointed!

I meet with the surgeon,Mario Russo, he seemed a nice guy and I quite like him. He told me I would need an uplift as well as an enlargement. To my horror the price from £4,200 had now jumped to £6,595 plus £220 for transport. I got told by sales that transport was included. So that was the second time I was mislead by sales. The third was I got told that I would have a choice of implants. This was wrong again.

I spoke with Sally and told her what I got told, she had a very bad attitude, defended the company, all I wanted was an apology that I had been mislead.

She then said to me well what do you want me to do about it. She tried to patronise me by calling me Honey.

To cut the story short things happen for a reason, I contacted another surgeon, went for a consultation, it turns out I DONT NEED AN UPLIFT AND THEY BUMPED UP THE PRICE BY 2K!!!

I would stay clear of this company, if your lucky enough to get a good surgeon the after care will be rubbish!

Had a gastric band last September. Since November I was telling them I though something wasnt write as I had no restriction, they said this is normal and to give it at least 6 months, then I will start to see results, luckily I didnt just take that advice as the sergical care is only valid for 6 months! They said if my body rejects the band it will happen within this time, but no mention about what else could go wrong. I pushed and pushed for them to do a fluid check and ended up havinf to have 4 and all showed I had leak, but they couldnt find where it was coming from. The aftercare is terrible, no one gets back to you, you are made to feel like you are pestering them and they never call you, you have to do all the chasing, not really what I thought I would get going private and paying a lot of money. I have asked lots of questions and get told, sorry I'm not medically trained to answer that, not much good when things go wrong and you need to know what's happenning. They talk about costs all the time, even though I was within the 6 months, they make out I should be greatful they arent charging me! a leak is usually caused by a punture during a fill or a faulty band, so not my fault at all. I have been blocked by them on twitter, they obviuosly only want people to see the good reports. I have not said anythign until now but the last straw was that they couldnt find my medical history records and that the last fluid check was to go and have the fluid removed ready for the operation re done, turns out I still have fluid in! and they think it's acceptable for me to keep taking time off work and go to Leeds, which is a 50 mile round trip. They just don;t care at all and speak to you rudely. Please do not have anything done with these, if al goes well they seem tobe good but it's when things go wrong you really see how good a company is and these don't give what they promise, no aftercare what so ever.

Anyway we got talking about tummytuck etc and risks etc he put a bomb shell which was a birmingham hospital they only do tummy tuck op is done in 2 stages as they dont have the equipment or resources or time in theature todo a compleate tummytuck op as advertised in the brocure when they charge 5k thats only to take excess skin from the front only and if I want excess skin taken off I would have to come back at later stage too remove excess skin from my back which costs another 5k plus not incude cinsulant fee dispite saying free life time care in the brocure but that is not true as they charge too see the consultant after each op so instead of paying 5k plus as it said in the brochure. It would coust abot 14k than 5k as advertised and it angered me as a suspective patient to find they cannot what they advertise and when asking any big trustworthy private hospitals that can do complete tummytucks no body knew I felt lied to and decived in a sence by hospital group advertising false info and implying they do complete tummy tuck as 5k plus when it clearly dosent and PLZ be warned the tummy tuck op to in birmingham has to be done in 2 stages than the complete tummy tuck as stated in their brocure and be done in 2stages and at 13k plus and doses not incude consultant fees at a later date if needed I felted angry by hospital grp stated they do a compleate op for 5k and and hospital reps sell tummy tuck op done in birmingham as one when they cant do it as one op there. The consultant admited too me hes nurned down many patients because tummy tuck op is a painful op anyway and as he kindly said its not right togo thougg awfull pain twice over and have excess skin removed from ftont and not from the back untill 12 6 mths later at double the cost is not right he said and many left in tears I suspect. I got the feeling the receptionist has not fed up suspective patients that have come complete tummy tucks and cant completely have it done as one op in birmingham I was angry going all that way unknowing they cant offer what they are selling and cant delivrr on ether which I find really discussing and wasted at least a good 40 pounds on fuel going to a private hospital too expect give me as a patient that hospital group are selling yet they cannot sell the product as it states in the brochure which is not right and should not right in miseading suspective patients likes stating it only costs 5k when the op costs double that suspective tummy op patients u been warned!!!!!

I had a lap band at the end of June 2013 at Dolan Park Bromsgrove. Told to arrive on day of operation at 7.30am. arrived 10 mins early. however, left sat in reception (given excuse after excuse as to reason) until 9.30am!!!!

operation went fine, everyone lovely. Post op okay to a point but expected to get up and go to toilet on my own whilst still feeling wobbly. I couldn't pass urine but could drink. thought it was just a reaction to sedation. was told I could go home at 8pm. I went home as I thought I would sleep better there. packed own things & no one came to check if all was okay or whether I needed help. in the middle of the night I got out of bed to go to the toilet (thank god I've got wooden floors) and I passed urine all over the floor and felt no sensation or control...I was terrified! I rang the 'on call nurse' who turned out to be a dietitian!! she was no help whatsoever and simply told me to ring back in on Monday morning if I was still having problems (it was the early hours of Saturday at the time)!! thankfully sensation came back by Saturday afternoon. I have NEVER wet myself since I was a child and I was very upset but they didn't seem to care.

went for my first fill approx 4 wk post op and the nurse couldn't find my port...she inserted the needle 3 times eventually getting it and adding fluid. since then I have had for further fills and was up to 8.5 ml in a 14 ml band, I saw another nurse for the remaining four fills she is called Fridi and is both lovely and found my port without any issue every time. she's friendly, gentle and professional. however, 2 wks ago I went for a further fill and got the nurse I saw the first time, Sally. she can't be more different to Fridi. again she couldn't get into the port and got the needle stuck (I believe in the port wall) she had to press on my tummy quite firmly to get it out!!

For two days I felt restricted then over the past 12 days I have felt less and less restricted, to the point if feeling as though I have no band at all. I can eat and drink at the same time, eat larger quantities and swallow larger chunks. I knew there was something wrong so I went for a fluid check today to be told by Fridi that there is only 7.6 ml in the band instead of 9.75 ml that should be there! I have to go back 2 more time over the next 4 wks for checks before they will do a radio opaque die test under X-ray to see if it leaking. I was told I would have to pay for this. if the band/port/tube is leaking I will have to have surgery to fix it but will have to pay as I am 8 months post op!! before My last fill I had no problems I just wanted more restriction. it is obvious that during my last fill something was punctured or dislodged by the clumsy nurse who did it...therefore given its their fault you'd think they'd put it right....not so I'm told as 'these things sometimes happen'!!!! well we will see I'm not giving up without a fight. I'm not paying 2k for the privilege of having something put right that they damaged....though having read these reviews I've got a battle ahead of me! my advice think twice before using The Hospital Group or get extended insurance if possible....something I was not told about....oh and don't let Sally fill your band!

I couldn't be happier with how I have been treated by the hospital group. I had my operation in September 2013 and have had no regrets. Everyone that I have come into contact with at the hospital group have been very helpful and friendly, the surgeon mr halstead was very friendly and approachable.

I would definately use the hospital group again in the future should I need to.
I still get regular phone calls to discuss my after treatment. I also feel the price was very fair and with no hidden charges.

Other than the injections and obvious pre op nerves, I must say I really quite enjoyed my stay at Dolan park :-)

I had breast enlargement in December 2012. I am so pleased with my results. I felt embarrassed and insecure about my 32AA breasts for as long as I could remember. I hated my body and felt like a little girl. I was 18 years old at the time and I had no confidence at all, I never wanted to go out with friends, I certainly never took my bra off infront of my boyfriend and to be honest I was sick of hating myself. I went to the Bristol clinic for my consultation and the staff there are absolutely wonderful. Barbara was so helpful and put me at ease. I had to wait a while in reception due to them running behind on appointments but I really didn't mind as the lady in reception was very talkative and took my mind off how nervous I was. I met with Barbara first and she talked me through the procedure and aftercare etc and I tried on the bra and chicken fillets to get an idea of what look I wanted. When I had decided I then met with Dr Payne and he was absolutely wonderful. He has a very good humour and made me feel extremely comfortable. He talked me through everything that would happen (after spending about 20 minutes trying to convince me I did not need surgery). He talked about all the possible complications but I wasn't really listening, I was too excited. When everything had been discussed and all of my questions were answered I then met with Barbara again and arranged the date for surgery and I paid the deposit. I was so happy and relieved that it was finally happening. I actually had the surgery just a week after my consultation due to it fitting well around my exams etc. Barbara emailed me and called a lot to make sure I was happy with everything and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions.

On the day of surgery, just like everyone else I was told not to eat and drink etc, I got to Dolan Park about 8am and was shown to my room straight away. Initially I was in quite a small room but my mum and dad were with me so straight away the nurse moved me into a much bigger room which was very kind of her. I didn't actually go in for surgery until around 7pm due to a back log but I had waited 5 years for the surgery so another few hours wouldn't hurt. Dr Payne came to see me a few times before the surgery just to make sure I was ok and to answer any questions. He made me feel at ease and I had no worries or doubts. All of the nurses and staff that were there that day were lovely and helpful. My procedure took about 30-45 minutes in total due to it being straight forward with no complications. Dr Payne checked on me a few times after the surgery. I stayed there overnight, I was uncomfortable of course because I find it hard to sleep upright, but the nurses tried to help me as much as they could. The one nurse who was on duty during the night time could have been a bit more friendly but maybe I was just groggy and tired so even mother Teresa would seem uncaring to me at that point.

All of my after care was great, I was reminded of when I needed to book appointments etc. Dr Payne was happy with the results and I was more than happy. I've had no problems what so ever, Dr Payne gave great advice and I am happy that I agreed with him to go for a natural look by having the implants under the muscle and a size that fitted my body shape.

I would recommend The Hospital Group and if possible, demand Dr Payne!!!

I am that pleased with the results that I have actually booked a consultation for next month for rhinoplasty as I have broken my nose 3 times. Of course I have asked for Dr Payne again, even though he will probably try and talk me out of it. Not a chance!!!

Consultation app was very slow had to wait 2 hours before I was seen. However once I was eventually seen the consultant and finance lady were very kind and approachable.

The drivers were lovely people very professional and jovial.

Was annoyed I was advised to carry out nil by mouth for as long as I did, as ultimately it was nearly 19 hours before I asked 'can I have a drink as its evident my surgery is late, and I'm now starting to feel physical symptoms of dehydration'.

The nurses appeared ok not the happiest of characters. The surgeons and their assistants seemed great for the short space of time you get to meet them.

Nurses would answer alarms promptly after op, just little things like helping you to butter your bread straight after op could've been really helpful and would've gone along way in the appreciation department.

Didn't get any help with packing even though I had no sleep and felt tree wobbly on my feet. Sounds insignificant now but that day it was imperative and overwhelming.

Uplift and enlargement seems good however I don't know how to compare plus its only day 4 post op.

Could've been some small changes which would've taken the patient care from medium to great.

I had Rhinoplasty surgery 5 weeks ago with The Hospital Group. Before my surgery i had read some negative reviews regarding the aftercare on this website which worried me quite a lot.
My consultation was at the London clinic and was really good, my surgeon was Mr Seno who was very easy to talk to and friendly.

I was particularly worried about the aftercare i would receive post op because of some of the below reviews but i had a really positive experience. The nurses were fantastic, really friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Cannot fault them at all.

The only negative thing would be that i wasn't told about a few aspects about the appearance of my nose post op. My nose was lifted up high, mainly because of the splint and trapped air, when i saw my nose for the first time with the splint on i was horrified as i looked like i had been given a ski slope nose. But all is well now and it is continuing to change and will do up to a year after the surgery.
I would definitely recommend THG if you are considering a nose op!

Very disappointed with my after care with hospital group.

I had my boobs made bigger back on the 25 April 2013. The consoltation was excellent. But little did I know they were only happy to get me booked in and take my money, and was not there for me after with the after care I was promised. I had my one week post op and that was it. I tried to contact them and was promised call backs but never had them. In the end I managed to get to speak to complaints department and got to see my surgeon 3 months later. I was guessing what to do. I didn't know how I was meant to feel or anything. I had pain from my right scare didn't know if that was normal or not, as I had nobody to answer my questions. By the end of all the troubles I found out I had scar tissue developing inside my boob and had to have it redone again on the nov7th. And yet iv still got to keep on at them to get seen to. Maybe if I had the right after care and had regular checks they could of kept an eye on my right boob and this wouldn't of happened. Also one week post op this time I was told total different after care tips to first. Would never ever have any cosmetic surgery with hospital group ever again. Worst experiance ever.

Hi

I am a week post op for having my upper and lower eye surgery.

The results so far are very positive and obviously this is down to your own recovery time too.

With regards to The Hospital Group, I can only say that so far they have been a brilliant in the service offered. The nurses and staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I met around 10 nurses and support staff at Dolan Park all of whom had all the time in the world to ensure that I was comfortable, happy with my experience and answered any questions I had. Mr Renato Zaccheddu is a lovely man and is very objective and informative about the procedure and expectations.

I know that when paying for a procedure, you expect a certain level of customer experience but I have to say that my experience so far has been nothing but professional and everything I would have expected from The Hospital Group. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a procedure.

I'm very much looking forward to my post op review tomorrow and seeing the results.

Theatre staff where great, as was my surgeon. Not once did I have to ring my bell, they where constantly in and out checking on me. I was not rushed from my bed, was offered food but declined as didn't fancy it, offered plenty of fluids. Asked for breakfast as I was now hungry, within 5 minutes it was on my table with a coffee, milky 2 sugars as the nurse had remembered what I had the night before.

Great all round service, can't comment on my surgery as it's all still wrapped up, but what I can see of it, it looks amazing. My husband and I saw a number of different surgeons (all the normal providers) but really, leaving my first consultation with Mr Sforza at the Leeds Clinic we both thought he was the one for me. We took a list of questions 2 pages long and he patiently and thoughtfully, answered them.

I was offered sensible expectations - I'm never going to be Kate Moss, but 4 pregnancies left me with a horrible "apron" which meant that I could only choose clothes I could stuff my belly into.

At the start of the year I lost 2 and a half stone and was motivated to shift the last half stone prior to surgery. This contributed to the belly too.

We went for a second consultation with a few more questions and to double check we were happy and walked out with an appt booked for August.

I had a small issue with paying the balance of the surgery as we were in France - which the patient co-ordinator (Lovely lady) knew. It was pure chance that I found a wi-fi spot and checked my emails asking for the balance which was a little tricky due to my stupid credit card company not authorising a large amount from abroad) but sorted quickly enough.

We had a call a couple of days before letting me know when to turn up and when to fast from. We chose not to use the driver (and saved £200)

On the day I was taken to my room and told to have a shower and wait for someone to come and see me. The anaesthetist came and asked questions (and was lovely and reassuring) Then Mr Sforza came in and told me to gown up as he was ready for me! I was marked with felt pens, popped into my gown and walked to theatre. I was taken into the theatre which was sparklingly clean and got onto the bed and was put to sleep.

I woke up sore but ok a little groggy from the operation. I needed a wee and was given a bed pan but it's impossible to wee into a bed pan whilst you are laying down!! My husband arrived and came straight into my room. He stayed for a while until I had my painkillers which knocked me out again. I asked again to go to the toilet and a commode was brought in and....bliss!!

I took my own pillows, laptop to watch DVD's and an iPod with headphones with loads of audio books.

Next morning I woke up still a little sore but not that bad. Certainly no more so than the three C-sections I have had, it's more a feeling of weakness/wobbliness in your core muscles, the inscision was sore but that's no surprise.

I was well looked after and discharged on the morning of the 3rd day. I had some anti biotics and painkillers and some dressings. Also stretchy binders which are great for the support but they get annoying pretty quickly. I was wearing two at a time and it was a little uncomfy. The bruising was fairly extensive from the Lipo to my flanks but wasn't uncomfortable at all.

We then saw the Nurse a week later. She took a look at what was going on and re-dressed the wound. I was feeling pretty good. Next time I saw her she said that I could shower (yay!!) I wasn\'t feeling all that great, nothing I could put my finger on - just off. I got into the shower and took the dressings off. My BP must have been too low as I damn near passed out in the shower which was a little scary but I came round pretty quickly. I was feeling somewhat light headed a lot of the time. By the weekend my wound started leaking - proper dripping which freaked me out! I called the GP who got the practice nurse to re-dress it and had the district nurse coming each day until I was back at the clinic. The same thing happened the next week. The wound was healing well in places but was separating quite horribly elsewhere.

The lovely Mr Sforza took a look, re-dressed and booked another appointment for 7 days. At this appointment he said I needed to go back to Dolan Park and get the would de-brided and re-stitched. Oh well. So off we went a few days later.

Again there were questions from the anaesthetist, then I was walked over to the theatre again. Mr Sforza was so lovely. As the drip was put up and I was put to sleep he was talking to me and holding my hand. I stayed in over night and the next morning I was discharged.

The wound has healed now pretty much and the stitches are gone and I am so pleased with the results so far. I have dropped 2/3 dress sizes as I can wear clothes that fit my waist and my tummy - absolutely awesome.

There are some residual issues. The scar is not going to be neat due to the way it's healed and this will be re-done at a later date. Where the second surgery took place it's not symmetrical and has a fold in it which is a little uncomfy but if it remains after the swelling settles will also be re-done, and finally there was an area that needs further lipo but again - take six months and get it sorted.

The nursing staff are wonderful, kind and caring both at Dolan Park and at the Leeds/Sheffield Clinics. The catering ladies were lovely too. The two anaesthetists were great and I even got to pick the music to fall asleep to for my second surgery. I think I've made my feelings clear about Mr Sforza. Professional, Friendly, Caring and Talented. The admin/clinic staff are great. Organised and friendly.

I couldn't give enough praise to the team who treated and cared for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Yesterday I had a mastopexy and implants at The Hospital Group with Dr Michael Payne and thought I would share my experience.

Consultation: I had my consultation 13/08/13. I found Dr Payne to be a mild mannered, friendly surgeon who managed to have a good sense of humour and great people skills. I was instantly put at ease when speaking to him about my procedure. After my sitting with Dr Payne, I sat with my patient care co-ordinator, Barbara Welch, who I found to be warm and welcoming. I had a sports bra put on and some chicken fillets placed inside to help me decide which size implants to go with (I chose the 300cc which was the largest DR Payne advised for my frame). There was a sample breast implant on Barbara's desk, but wasn't handed it to have a feel. I should perhaps mention that I was expecting my consultation to be with Dr Renato Zaccadhu but when I told reception I was there to see him, they seemed confused and advised me I was there to see Dr Payne (which I am perfectly fine with now, although this didn't initially give me a feeling of confidence). I put down a £500 deposit on the day of my consultation. The total cost of my surgery was £5495.

Pre Op: 3 Days before my surgery I received a friendly call from Barbara. She asked me again what size implant I had chosen so she could get them ordered. This I thought was odd as it should have been on some of the paperwork that was with the hospital. I advised her that from memory I thought it was the 300cc, and she said she would order me the 310cc and the 340cc. I felt quite uneasy with this although I did not mention this at the time. Truth is, I probably would have gone for the larger sizes had my boyfriend not kicked up a fuss as he was concerned about my wellbeing. I dropped barbara an email asking her to order the 300cc instead and told her it should state this on the paperwork left with the hospital. I got a brief email back to say she had seen the paperwork and ordered me the 300cc.

I had been advised to purchase Arnica 30 pills to help reduce bruising after surgery. I had a very bad reaction to these. 2 days before my op, I was taking the pills as advised on the side of the pack. Day 1, 2 pills every 2 hours for the first 6 doses and then 4 times a day thereafter. On the second day of taking the pill, my hands became shakey and my body temp rose. This lasted for about an hour on sunday afternoon. Sunday evening, the sweat was puring from my face, stomach and back, drenching my clothes (no exageration!!) and I felt faint and sick. I considered whether or not I might be having the first panic attack I'd ever had. I checked on the internet for side effects of Arnica 30, and it said in women these symptoms could be a sign of an underlying heart condition. (I plan to get my heart checked when I am recovered from this op). Just something you may want to watch out for.

I arrived at Dolan Park Hospital at 7am Monday 16th Sept '13. I was placed in my private room at around 7:20am and advised to provide a urine sample when I felt ready to go to the loo. After getting a bit of 'stage fright' I finally managed to produce a sample, but this was never asked for again and never taken, so I disposed of it myself after a few hours. Karen (the nurse who asked for the sample) said she was going to find out if I was first or second into surgery and would let me know. I didn't see her again. After about an hour, I took it upon myself to shower and get myself prepared just incase I was first in. Dr Payne came to see about 8:40am and advised me I was second in the queue and would be called for in about an hour. Just as he said, I was called for 60mins later. I had my surgery at about 9:45am and was back to my room at about 12:30pm (could have been abit earlier, but this is when I became coherant after the anesthetic). I still had a bit of bleeding around my nipple when the nurses came to get me into my sports bra. One of the nurses advised she would get me some more dressings to take away with me but I didn't see her again either. Fortunately, I had been given 3 square bandages, and the bleeding stopped quite quickly after the compression from my sports bra, so more weren't needed. There were a couple of wonderful nurses who I think deserve a patient care rating of 5+ but due to a couple of the nurses showing a lack of care and following through on what they said they would, I regretably couldn't give this rating. I wish I got the discharge nurses name because she was lovely and an absolute diamond. The theatre staff were also wonderful (one of which lives round the corner from me). She tried to keep me distracted when the couldn't get vein for the anesthetic (I think this was made harder by my cold hands).

All in all, I had a good experience with the hospital group and would go through this again with them. It's just a shame that a couple of the nurses lacked people skills (perhaps they were coming to the end of a long, tiring shift?) I would recommend Dr Michael Payne as he really is such a great surgeon and a lovely, caring man.

They lay me on the bed and strapped my arms down, they put the blood pressure band on one arm and the other tried to put a line in.... They couldn't find a vein so I had one man squeezing my upper arm even with the tourniquet on and they succeeded.... The anaesthetist coud see I would getting a bit distressed so he gave me something to help calm me and told me to take deep breaths... He put me under very quick because he told me to feel for the cold sensation up my arm and the. I'd start to go but I didn't even feel that! The next thing I knew i came to...the only bad things, well not bad, unexpected maybe were that a man came to do an ECG and he had to put sticky pads under my left boob so I wasn't best pleased about having to lie there holding my boob Infront of a stranger and the second thing was when the anaesthetist toe me I'd be getting again killing SUPOSITRY!!! Loli didn't sign up for that haha. All in all people have to make their own minds up and that's what I did and I'm dong great so far as for the poor aftercare.... Well time will tell but everything else on the many reviews has not happened to me

After three years of debating whether or not to have plastic surgery I finally made the decision to have Breast Augmentation in December 2012. At first I booked a consultation with The Hospital Group and with Transform as two close friends have used these clinics. The first one I attended was The Hospital Group in Cardiff. I immediately felt welcome as soon as I walked into the waiting room, the receptionist offered me and my partner a drink and gave me the medical forms to fill in. Each member of staff addressed me by my first name which made me feel comfortable and that I wasn't just a customer. When I went in to see the consultant, Cathy, I instantly felt comfortable about expressing how I felt and what I wanted the outcome to be. Cathy was very understanding and told me stories about her own experience that I could relate to, she spent at least an hour with me just chatting about what I wanted and discussing where the operation would take place along with all the different implant options.

Soon after this I was taken to meet my surgeon, Dr Seno. After shaking hands I sat opposite him at his desk and discussed further what I wanted. Dr Seno asked me to go behind the screen and remove my shirt and bra. He then informed me that my breasts were slightly tuberous and that my nipples were lateral. I hadn't been aware of this before and was slightly disheartened as I knew this would mean that implants would not make my breasts any closer together or any more central. Dr Seno was very reassuring and told me that he would do his best to make me feel confident about my body again by placing the implants under the muscle to make them as natural as he could and also as I had some asymmetry, he would be using slightly different sized implants.

I left the hospital group feeling very happy and excited as although I would never have what women so often consider 'perfect boobs' that are portrayed in the media, I would feel confident and in proportion.

Within the following week it was time for my consultation with Transform. On arrival the receptionist was very kind and asked that I sat in the waiting room where to my surprise a girl that I worked with was sat waiting for her post op appointment. After sitting in there for almost 45 minutes eventually a girl called Abbie asked me into her office. As I began to walk in behind her she called to the girl that I worked with 'You can come in too, It's always better to have someone come in with you.' This left me feeling very awkward as although we were work mates I didn't feel comfortable discussing my distress about my body in front of her.

After I had sat down in the office with my work mate next to me, Abbie began filling out the medical form and asking me questions (My work friend later told me that when she had first came here, the receptionist gave her this to fill out herself in the waiting room) Whilst filling out my form me and my work friend waited silently for her to finish writing when Abbie abruptly said 'Bear with me I cant do everything at once'. To this day I don't understand why she had said that and neither me or my work friend had uttered a word yet she made me feel like I was pressing her.

After filling out the form Abbie asked me to return to the waiting room. After at least 20 minutes I was told I could go and see the surgeon, Mr Chantarasak. As I removed my shirt and bra the surgeon told me what Dr Seno had said, that I have asymmetry and lateral/tuberous breasts. However, Mr Chantarasak said that as my asymmetry isn't that noticeable he would still use the same size implant and put them over my muscle.

This left me feeling that although the surgeon had addressed the issues he wasn't willing to do his best to solve them. And as I would be paying over £4000 I definitely wanted the best.

After seeing the surgeon I was asked to go back to the waiting room to meet with Abbie again, from this request I said that I would rather leave. When the receptionist asked me what the problem was whether it was to do with the surgeon or the consultant I told her truthfully that it was both. The consultant lacked people skills that is definitely needed for her job role and the surgeon wasn't prepared to do his best for me.

When I arrived home Abbie had left a voicemail on my phone asking me what the problem was. I never returned the call as I understand that maybe in my vulnerable and distressed state everything may have been blown out of proportion in my mind but I must stress that this is a very emotional time in a person's life and you will need someone who is going to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Transform did not do this for me.

So, operation day comes and I have a mix of emotions. I paid £4595 for my augmentation with The Hospital Group and since the first consultation I had met again with both Cathy and Dr Seno and also spoke to Cathy a lot by telephone whenever I felt nervous or had a query. The Hospital Group supplied a driver to pick me up from my home, drop me to hospital and then pick me up the next day as I live in Wales and the Hospital is in Bromsgrove. The driver, Paul, was wonderful, very chatty and a genuinely nice man. When we got to the hospital Paul carried in my overnight bag, helped me to sign in and wished me luck. I waited in the waiting room for someone to come and take me to my room. A woman called Catherine took me to my room where she told me to make myself comfortable and to take a shower and Dr Seno would be with me shortly. All of the Hospital staff were lovely. Very caring and charming people. I felt very relaxed and within 2 hours of being there it was time to walk down to theatre. I didn't feel at all scared or apprehensive, everyone was so reassuring and before I knew it I was back in my room with my support bra on.

I could not be happier with The Hospital Group staff. They have all been fantastic and very caring. I am also 100% happy with my new breasts! 545cc in right and 495cc in left. They both look exactly the same size and I have healed amazingly. Very, very happy with the whole experience and would 100% do it all again.

Its been nearly a week after my operation and i went with Surgiecare and my surgeon was Mr Andrea Giannapi. So far surgiecare and my surgeon have done a good job in making me feel happy and secure with their service.

HOWEVER because surgiecare is a branch of the hospital group... The surgiecare patients get treated at the doland park clinic, and i was far from impressed by the hospitals service.
I have had 2 other operations and have been in and out of around 3 other hospitals and this hospital is the worst of all (even though they are suppose to be a private hospital!)

Firslty i was sent to the hospital by the transportaion i payed for very early which did not really bother me too much but they did not inform me that i would have to wait untill 6pm for my operation. Their lack of communication was a problem throughout my stay... Since i payed for the hospital stay i expected a much better service. The doctors there were really nice, the anastheticians were very caring and made me feel at ease. When i woke up and was taken back to my room i asked for an extra pillow since i was suppose to stay up right... The nurse told me she couldnt give me an extra pillow since they didnt have any. She then told me that she would go and check the other rooms and see if the other patients went to theater so that she can get me one from their room but she never did and i dont know if she meant she wanted to take the other patients pillows whilst they were bein operated on or if she could just find a spare laying around.

Another really annoying thing that happened is i had to wait more than i should have for my food to arrive... Usually after an operation you wait 1 hour and then youre allowed to eat. The nurse did not go down to the kitchen till 3 hours later inspite of me asking her for my food, she just kept on telling me they were short staffed and she couldnt go down straight away ( i hadnt had anything to eat for 24 hours).

In the morning i buzzed the nurses as i wanted some tea with my breakfast... I buzzed for 3 hours and no one came... I was woken up at 6am and started buzzing for the nurse at 6:30 and because i was so drowsy from my painkillers i kept on falling in and out of sleep but id wake up every 30 mins or so since id find it hard to breathe and id buzz the nurse again... At around 9:30 a nurse walked in asking how she could help and i told her i wanted tea and i asked why it took them so long.. She told me she did not realise i had been buzzing up untill now.. Any way i let that go too.. At 10 however another nurse came in asking me if i felt well enough to go and wait for my transport in the disharge lounge!!! I told her no and to be honest i found it very rude as she walked out straight away telling other nurses i wasnt ready to leave.. I called one of the other nurses and asked her what time the transportation was suppose to arrive... At this point it was around 10:30 to 10:45 and she told me she didnt know but she went to check she came back after 10 mins and she told me that i was suppose to leave at 11am... I told her id start getting ready but i also told her that i was not informed earlier that i was suppose to be ready before 11am... As i got up i saw a freaking spider on my pillow!! Thank god im not too freaked out by spiders but still not very pleasent... At 11am a nurse walked in and saw me undressed and told me i had to leave... I told her exactly what happened and the driver walked in as well very confused. When i told the driver what had happened she was very understanding and told me she would wait till i got ready. The nurse on the other hand wanted me gone asap!!!

If they had let me know earlier i would have obviously left earlier but it was their fault since they were unorganised.

The most unpleastent stay ever!!! I hated it!!! I felt lile i was a burden!!!

I made appointment to discuss breast enlargement. I met with Mr Payne. I explained what I wanted, I told him I was needle phobic, its on my medical records and wow. Mr Payne is better than ronseal. Not only does he do what he says he will, he makes you feel like you're his only patient. Booking in was a breeze, nurses let me know what was happening all day and night. They gave great advice, wonderful and numerous cups of tea and listened to everything I said. They also put a very stressed husband at ease. I knew exactly what time i was going to theatre because Mr Payne came and told me. The nurse was lovely, made me feel at ease. I was knocked out completely before a needle was used. I woke up in recovery and felt a little dizzy but pain free. Its twelve hours after the operation, I'm still pain free, loving my boobs, they look exactly how I had asked and described how i wanted them to Mr Payne and my only moan is drinking water. Wow I feel like I have drank the Nile. My after care letter has arrived before my operation. If you go to Bromsgrove, I hope you get treated the way I have. Yes it might be more expensive than other places but I just can't knock it. Or my boobs... It has only been twelve hours,I can't sleep due to sitting up right. That's why I am reviewing this at 3am. The staff are very quiet. Thanks everyone. I can't wait to buy you chocolate as a huge thank you.

After many years of feeling down about the shape of my breast, I finally plucked up the courage to see Marcos about an uplift, during my consultation I was made to feel at ease and all my worries and concerns were answered and addressed. I then met Lisa Cane who had already had surgery with Marcos, she went through her experience as a patient as she now works for the company. Lisa was brilliant throughout my journey and because she has had the same procedure she answered all my questions honestly. I would definitely recommend THE HOSPITAL GROUP AND MARCOS SFORZA for surgery, he is the best surgeon in my eyes after working wonders on my breasts, I can't thank him enough, he is pleasant, caring guy.

Thanks for your continued support

I had a gastric band fitted by THG. I was collected by a driver on the morning of my op at 7am. Upon arriving at Dolan Park I was hurried into a side room for an ECG. The machine did not work after several attempts the technician finally went and got another machine. I then had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to collect me to go to my room. The reception area is so nice at the hospital, but the rooms are basically fitted out, my bedside cabinet was broken and the bed was rock hard. I was told not to eat or drink after midnight and was assured that I would have a.m. Surgery. I was put into my room by a very pleasant nurse and then nothing..... The room was stifling hot and I could not have a drink as I was going down soon. I eventually went down at 5pm. I saw no one in that time, but the noise level was ridiculous both inside the hospital with noisy trollies and outside as I had a cock crowing all day and then again at 3.30 am.

After surgery I woke up in my room very short of breath and having an oxygen mask on. I was in agony. I kept trying to take off the mask as it was making my throat dry and sore. I had not had a drink for more than 24hrs. I was anxious and in a lot of pain, as well as delerious because of the drugs.

I understood that I would be able to choose a light breakfast following my operation. At 6am I had a tray dumped on my bedside table with vanilla yogurt and a bottle of orange juice. I don't drink pure juice as I have very weak enamel on my teeth. The staff were disinterested and when I pressed my buzzer because the pain was so bad, I was ignored and had to get out of bed while feeling unsteady on my feet. The night staff were gone. The day staff were getting ready for the next lot of patients so did not want to know what was happening to me. When my friend arrived to accompany me home she found me in a very distressed state. I had five big dressings just underneath my breast line.

I said that I had not been discharged by a doctor yet and wanted to discuss my concerns. She informed me that while I was in my anaesthetic induced state my surgeon had come to tell me that he had conducted a "free" hernia repair? AT NO POINT WAS I TOLD THAT THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM. How can a surgeon come and explain that he has done this to you when he knows that you are still under the effects of the anaesthetic? I went back to the desk and was told that I had already been discharged the previous night. How could this be possible? My sats were low and I was on oxygen all night. My chart showed that they were still low at 5am, so. How could I have been discharged the previous night? I would have gotten better car on a car assembly belt as te whole process is reminiscent of a conveyor belt. Get them in, cut them up, get them out.

I feel like Frankenstein's monster!!!! I have 5 scars not three little holes. i have a long scar of about 5 cm and a shorter scar of about 3.5cm. I called them after 5 days as my scar was weeping and stinging. I ended up going to my local A&E. They were surprised as the severity of my scars and cleaned it up for me and put on a new dressing, as well as administering antibiotics and giving me a prescription for more.
I am at a loss as to what they would call aftercare. My experience of them.... AFTER we get your money, we really don't CARE!!

The only good thing about THG was Colin the driver.
I believed the celebrity endorsements.... Don't be fooled, these people are butchers!!!!

For starters, The aftercare of "THE HOSPITAL GROUP" is the worse i have ever experienced. I got gastric band back in 2010 as i was 21st. I ended up unwell, in and out of hospital for 3 months due to a few hick ups with the operation, The "Nurse" couldn't give a toss about how seriously unwell i was after the operation.... My mum was forever on the phone telling them about how i was always collapsing, in severe pain. It wasn't until i got rushed into hospital that they actually took care on me!!!!!!!!! Then........ Not so long after the operation, the band ended up snapping, i contacted the Hospital group for advice to see if they could help me as i had noticed that my bad wasn't restricting me. If I hadn't of contacted the surgeon who originally done the operation myself then I wouldn't have got my band fixed as they were basically saying i needed another gastric band put in place which would of cost the original £6000 which i had paid for. The surgeon done this for £2000! Sine then i have nothing but hell with the company, all they want is money money money, they don't actually care about your health. Go else-where trust me...... Going to Dolan Park hospital was a good experience, the taxi service was brilliant and my surgeon and the whole procedure went well. The Newcastle clinic throughout have been terrible though! My first consultation was brilliant and I they were really informative but as soon as I paid things changed... The manager Alison was not very approachable/friendly or helpful and when ever I needed to speak on the phone to them she tried to rush you off! I got sent very minimal information about the procedure until afew days before. They said I had to get certain medical information to them and then they never actually sent it down to Dolan Park! They swapped my surgery day afew days before and didn't offer me any re-funding or any support with the hotel I had booked for my parents to stay. Alison also would not ask the transport service if I could have two people with me (my parents) as she said it was only one then the taxi driver on the day said it would of been fine but my Dad already was driving down seperate! The nurse at my pre-appointment told me I only needed to take one week off work then when i told her my job involved driving then I went to my post op appointment at two weeks an she told me off for driving and it was really hurting me! To top it off they have never arranged my post op with the surgeon and they now said he has left and they can only give me an appointment with another surgeon on a week day and I know they have new consultations on a weekend! I would definately not recommend the Newcastle clinic and think the Nurse and manager Alison need some re-training!!

I went to Dolan Park for a Gastric Band last month. Upon arrival I was left in reception for an hour, they had clearly forgotton me. Later, in my room the anaesthetist arrived. I asked for a pre-med as I knew I'd be very nervous going into theatre. I specifically asked for an amnesiac type drug so I would have no memory (previously given in an nhs hospital several times) The drug they gave me made me docile but NOT unaware.
After being wheeled into a dark cold theatre I was confronted by a masked person who made me lie down. He then TIED ME DOWN both hands and legs. I was absolutely terrified. My last memory is of screaming with pain as the general anaesthetic hit.
Many hours later, in the middle of the night, a nurse casually informed me I'd had a hernia repair as well as the band fitting. A free operation, yet I had no idea it was even a possibility. No mention was ever made at initial consultation.
Once I was more alert I looked at my chest and found not the three small wounds I was expecting but five. One very large, approx 3.5 long and glued in the middle of my waist. This will undoubtable scar badly.
The room I was in was incredibly hot so I opened the window, only to be kept awake by crowing cockerals all night. The following morning a nurse offered me vending machine chicken soup for breakfast (I'm lactose intolerant, which they were aware of months previously)and I awaited a doctor to discharge me. None arrived but a driver did. HE informed me I didnt need to see anyone and was to follow him. I had to call twice for him to slow down but he didnt. No one seemed to care that I was in pain, had very little idea what I was supposed to be doing or weather infact I was fit to travel. After a long horrible drive, I arrived home. The driver couldnt even be bothered to help me out of the car.
Five days later a lady rang me to check how I was. I asked about the hernia repair and she replied "I dont have your notes here, I just have to ring to make sure you're alright"!!

When I left Dolan Park I handed in a "Quality Survey". I left as much detail as possible and have heard nothing back.

My experience with The Hospital Group thus far has been horrendous, and I'm absolutely dreading further treatement. I'm due to go for an infill soon, but there is no way on God's earth Im going to Dolan Park.

I now have regular nightmares about what happened to me in the theatre and would never recommend anyone to to The Hospital Group for any kind of surgery. My GP was shocked when she saw my wounds, her words were "They have butchered you, haven't they"

There were a few notable good points: 1) The driver going to the hospital was chatty and eased my nerves. 2) The night nurse was polite and caring, allowing me to get some fresh air when it became insufferable in my room at 4am. That's about it.

I am wary of making a formal complaint as I have two years aftercare in my package and I cant afford to go elsewhere. I have no doubt the very poor service I received would be glossed over somehow.

Had a breast augmentation in 2010. The hospital were really friendly and happy to help. About a month ago my implant has flipped I am still under warranty. When I've told the surgeon and the care coordinator they do not want to know they are more interested in giving me an uplift?? I went in to sort out my flipped implant not new surgery. They don't call you back and it is very hard to get hold of someone to speak to. The after care is shocking and I'm so disappointed!!!

He was very understanding he will go that extra mile to make sure your happy with every thing !! I would defiantly go back again if I was to have any more surgery . Ok it was 5 years ago I had my nose done I was never 100% happy with the new shape but that's not my main issue, about a week after the cast came off I got an infection where my nose was spreading red as I watched it had to go to my dr to get it sorted but that isn't my main problem, after around a year I noticed small lumps at the end of my nose no one else noticed them so I just ignored it however as time has gone on they have got bigger and bigger people are now noticing them! I was hoping not to have more surgery so I never got in touch with the hospital group before now, I called them today and I explained the whole thing the lady on the phone was sorting out who I could see and where oh and I will have to pay DON'T THINK SO, wish I had not had the op at all my nose was better before, maybe they should use my before and after pic on their website to give people the chance to see what they can do.

On the 22-01-2013, I had breast mastopexy with implants at the hospital groups Dolan park clinic. Dr Michael Payne carried out my procedure and I couldn't have wished for a better surgeon. I had confidence and trust in him from the moment I had my first consultation to the operating table, to recovery. This has changed my life and given me my confidence back. He is a fantastic man and I cant thank him enough, If any one is thinking about having this procedure thoroughly recommend the Dolan park clinic and going to see this man !!! They are professional, the rooms are clean and comfortable- I was truly put to ease. It is four days after surgery and I am feeling great and the result is truly mind blowing- it is everything I wanted and more.

I made appointments with various companies and surgeons. The worst consultation and clinic I found was transform. The 1st appointment was not with surgeon, it was with a sales pitch type interview with a book of pictures of befores and afters. It was horrific.
As soon as the sales pitch started, I instantly decided that the company was wrong for me.
I visited the hospital group which instantly puts you in touch with a surgeon to discuss your personal questions and thoughts ect. There is no pressure to book another appt, it's a free consultation and even the reception staff were kind and helpfull.
The surgeon I chose was mr sultan hassan. He had a great personality, easy to talk to, made me feel extremely comfortable and was very understanding to every detail I discussed.
I was shown many types of implants and shown/discussed many procedure techniques.
I booked my appt for surgery after a cooling off period (of which they suggest) they want to make sure your making the right decision and not rushing into anything.
My procedure details were explained by hospital staff. I met my surgeon prior in private hospital room, everything was gone over, confirmation of size, depth, shape etc.
Mr sultan hassan is who I recommend highly, he's details are on Internet and honestly girls..., he is the best. I knew exactly what it was I wanted. We discussed what type of clevage... Everything. I had my procedure yesterday and the aftercare is amazing.
I will definitely use the hospital group again in future.
There is a lifetime guarantee on the implants and and problem that may stride if any, are sorted out free of charge.
Please use the hospital group.
I looked at surgeons in brazil and Thailand and was so happy with how mr sultan hassan delt with me. I have epilepsy and all areas of safety and drugs suitable for me and my current aed medication.

all what I can say is that I have experienced the worst Harley street experience ever. Clinics in the sector tend to deliver excellent services, in fact the HOSPITAL GRPOUP MADE ME LIVE A NIGHTMARE , I was going for a VENEERS willing to pay 4000£
I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE, I have left the clinic even before to be seen by the dentist on my first appointment, because of the receptionist who was extrimly rude to me , and what freaked me out is the impoliteness and the barbarity or his behavior, I would describe the HOSPITAL GROUP staff altitude especially the 'receptionist' named Steve as insolent, immature and audacious.
I believe in something! if you do not satisfy my expectation at your reception i would really doubt the level of your proficiency, if you are enable to deliver a good customer services and a great hospitality at your step, I wouldn't trust your product or the service you provide !!
I was mortified, and I am embarrassed to say that but I was so dumbfounded by Steve's rude behavior that I then left the clinic. I find it hard to believe how they would knowingly employ such a forgetful, abrasive, and unprofessional clerk.
The whole experience was a nightmare and a complete waist of our time, I STRONGLY DONT RECOMEND IT

This has to be the worst place to go for any type of non surgical procedures!

I recently got Juvederm lip filler from The Hospital Group, what a big mistake! All they want is your money, you can forget the aftercare which you will definaltely need. I was told about their horrendous aftercare but thought I wouldn't need it with a non surgical procedure. I was wrong! When you have lip fillers you have to visit again to have them massaged, this is a must. The customer service was just amazing when I first visited, of course it was, I'm a potential customer giving them money if they show they 'care'. I was one of the many fooled. Once you've had your procedure, you can forget about your aftercare or any care Infact. They branded me and one of my friends who visited a month earlier , as wasting their time. Purely because we weren't making them money with aftercare? So why would they care. They lied to me about various things after I had paid and mislead me with the outcome, results along with other things.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, I think it would be better you just visit any cosmetic group down Harley street and they would do a better job!

I now go to Harley medical group for my Botox, fillers and recently started derma rolling and I can honestly say , professionalism and results at its best!

From the word go everything was perfect. The consultation with mr sforza the patient care co ordinator Sam Myers everything was explained honestly I wasn't given false expectations and the price was competitive. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment for my tt either. I was picked up by there driver Ricky early he was polite chatty and calming, my arrival at dolan park was welcoming I was shown to my room given my operation time and everything was on time as said. Every single nurse I was cared for by was amazing I was treated with such care by everyone at dolan park. My surgeon even did free liposculpture of my hips ad waist which was an added bonus. When I was discharged 2 days later I honestly didn't want to leave. The hospital group have changed my life and I am finally happy with my body MASSIVE thumbs up x

I had breat augmentation 6 yrs ago at the hospital group.

Then found I had pip after me ringing and chasing them 6 times !
Since finding out I decided to have them taken out as the hospital group offered two toes of implantant which really confused me. This just made me more worried. I found my consultant to be insensitive as she asked me "what about all the skin which will be left" if she knew what she was talking about she would have known its the same as your belly when being pregnant so go back some don't,

My surgeon was brilliant mr Payne I thought he was the only good thing about the hospital group. All nurses didn't seem to know a thing about removed of pip's.

I would not recommend the hospital group

I would advise against choosing The Hospital Group for any surgical procedure. They picked me up at 3am for the actual procedure as i was 4hrs away from the hospital so i had no sleep prior to operation, then following my operation after I had not slept again they took me out of the bed at 7am as it was needed for the next person & said I should go home, i was in a lot of pain & they made me suffer a 4hr drive journey home to which I collapsed on there driver beause i was dismissed with a blood pressure of only 58 !!! They haven't even apologised following my complaint ? Many of the hospital staff are not medically qualified & are just assistants which was worrying as i told them I didn't feel well but they dismissed me anyway. This company is interested in your money only... once they have that then they don't really care about your treatment & comfort. I am now planning to get some vaneers & will cetainly be taking my business elsewhere :o)
