Here's the Editor's pick of the best priced cosmetic surgery deals and offers on at the moment. Also included is the pick of the finance and credit options available.

The Hospital Group
The Hospital Group have some great low price deals on cosmetic surgery procedures at the moment. They are now offering a £700 saving on their breast augmentation procedure. Their standard price is £3,995 but with the £700 saving, this gives a great low price offer of just £3,295. One not to be missed! The Hospital Group are also offering a 30% discount on the price of a a second cosmetic surgery procedure when you book two procedures together. Breast augmentation and liposuction from one area is available for the price of just £5,495; Breast augmentation with tummy tuck will cost only £7,495 at the moment.
Transform
Transform have a £500 off liposuction deal on now and they also have an offer on interest free credit. The interest free credit on their cosmetic surgery procedures is available over 10 months for a loan starting from £500 up to a maximum of £15,000. Alternatively, if you need to pay back your loan over a longer term, then a loan of 15.9% APR typical is available over 36 months. Breast augmentation currently costs from £3,695 with Transform.
Redrose
Redrose have cosmetic surgery clinics in Bolton, Preston and Liverpool. They currently have an offer on breast augmentation at only £3,500. You will need to hurry though because this offer expires in February 2010.
The Cosmetic Clinic
The Cosmetic Clinic also have an interest free credit option available on breast enlargement and their other cosmetic surgery procedures available. With a £500 deposit, interest free credit is available over a 10 month period. For longer term finance options, an interest rate of 11.49% APR typical is available for terms of 24 months to 36 months. Again, a £500 deposit is required.
Make Yourself Amazing
Make Yourself Amazing are currently offering up to £600 off their breast augmentation procedure. If you are interested in their credit deals on at the moment, you will be pleased to know that MYA have interest free credit available for up to 12 months. A deposit will be required.
