How Do Breast Enhancement Creams Work?
Breast enhancement creams usually contain a plant extract called Pueraria Mirifica that contain a high concentration of phytoestrogens. These are not hormones but supposedly they provide the same benefits as oestrogen. There is little documented evidence to show that breast enhancement creams work.
Note that if any product was clinically proven to increase breast size, it would have to be classed as a medicine rather than a health supplement. It would then be subject to the stringent and rigorous procedures set down by the Medicines Control Agency.
How To Use Breast Enhancement Creams
Apply a small amount of cream onto one of your breasts. Spread the cream evenly over your breast by massaging the cream until it is fully absorbed. Begin with a clockwise massage motion at first and then follow up with an anticlockwise massage to ensure that the cream is fully worked in and absorbed. Repeat with the other breast.
